Buyers may pay for their purchases by cash, wire transfer or approved check only. Credit and debit cards will not be accepted for the hammer (winning bid) price of any vehicle won at auction.

Once JCH Auctions declares a participant  a successful bidder the following undertakings will occur:

VEHICLES: Each Successful bidder’s account will be charged the appropriate auction fees due to the auction company that are applicable for each winning bid.  If your account is secured by credit or debit card your bank card will be charged accordingly and immediately following the close of the auction. Said fees will be considered “Earnest Money” pending final settlement.

Buyer(s) must make contact with JCH Auctions within 24 hours of the close of the auction to state their intended method of payment for the balance due and schedule an appointment for settlement and delivery. Payment in full is to occur within 72 hours following the conclusion of the relative online sales event by cash, wire transfer to the JCH Auctions accounts, or approved check, unless other arrangements have been specified in writing or email communications by JCH Auctions. Closing documents will be furnished upon settlement.

All settlements must occur by appointment only. Any vehicle asset not settled for within 72 hours following the close of its respective auction will be considered a transaction in default, (see ”default” clause in the terms of sale), unless other arrangements have been mutually agreed upon by the successful bidder and JCH Auctions.

OTHER TYPE ASSETS: In the event that a non vehicle asset is purchased different settlement terms will apply. If other type assets are offered in any online sales event please review any additional terms of sale associated with those type assets.

Pickup and removal of vehicle purchases must occur within 5 business days following an auction conclusion unless otherwise stated or mutually agreed or penalties set forth by the terms and conditions of specific auction sale will prevail. Please always review terms of sale for each auction.

IMPORTANT: Please bear in mind that payments and pickups have deadlines as stated in the terms of sale and closings are done by appointment only.  To settle for your vehicle purchases please call us at 1-508-409-6485, or send an email to info@jchauctions.com immediately following success notification to schedule your closing appointment.
